Wellicht kan René (beheerder, marketing?)(ik heb zijn naam van horen zeggen) iets doen aan het weg laten halen van dat "Gratis levering" bij Google, want het is misleidend.

Maar dan wel dit.  De potentiële koper die in een zoekresultaat van Google ziet dat er gratis levering zou zijn, heeft wat mij betreft geen gelijk, omdat de pagina (mijn pagina, elke pagina zelfs, in mijn shop), waar naar toe gelinkt wordt, expliciet staat dat er wel verzendkosten betaald moeten worden.  Met dat laatste is hij akkoord gegaan toen hij de bestelling deed.  

Wat er bij Google staat, is niet mijn schuld, mijn verantwoordelijkheid, of het gevolg van iets wat ik deed, dat kan dus niet gelden als rechtmatig.

Ik hoop dat ik dat niet verkeerd inschat.

But then there is this. The potential buyer who sees in a Google search result that there is free delivery is, as far as I am concerned, wrong, because the page (my page, even any page in my shop) to which it links explicitly states that shipping costs must be paid. He agreed to the latter when he placed the order.

What is stated on Google is not my fault, my responsibility, or the result of anything I did; therefore, it cannot be considered lawful.

I hope I am not misjudging that.

De klant heeft wel gereageerd, maar daar heb ik niks aan. Eerste: "Dacht het niet" als reactie op mijn faktuur, met als bijlage de foto van zijn beeldscherm.   Ik stuurde hem beleefd uitleg, met mijn gehele riedel over verzendkosten.  Zijn reactie: "jaja".

Enig idee hoe dat "Gratis levering" bij Google is terecht gekomen?

Gerelateerd: deze koper gaat me geheid een negatieve feedback opleveren.  Niet fijn voor mijn score.

I am currently having a disagreement with a customer who wants to buy a book from me (Morreion 136 by Jack Vance) for 5 euros, without shipping costs. He sent me a photo showing the search result for this book, with a link to my shop, and at the end it says "In stock . Free delivery". Naturally, I politely informed him that my shop displays for every item that the price excludes shipping costs. I offered the buyer the option to cancel the order. No (polite) response, so far.

With some effort, I also found "Free delivery" in a few search results for Lastdodo via Google. Here, this one, the last search result on the first page, shows it.

Wat is het beleid m.b.t. code 3 modellen, zoals door verzamelaars aangepaste modellen (qua kleur / bestickering) van bestaande modellen, zoals Matchbox, Tekno en anderen. Hierover is niets te vinden in de beschrijvingen en/of instructies. Het gaat dus niet om eigenbouw van nieuwe modellen.

Ik heb wel graag dat wat emotie en passie zit in de muziek. Ook al sta je bij een concert en weet je dat de band/artiest het misschien voor de 785 keer speelt, dan toch is het fijn als ze helemaal voor gaan met veel passie. Een aangepaste versie van een stuk gedraaide hit kan dan wel eens voor afwisseling zorgen.

I do appreciate it when there is some emotion and passion in the music. Even if you are at a concert and know that the band or artist is perhaps playing it for the 785th time, it is still nice when they go all out with a lot of passion. A modified version of a hit that has been played frequently can sometimes provide a welcome change.

Volgens mij zit er wel een emotie in, maar het is misschien niet een emotie die je herkent.  In ieder geval krijg ik er een heel prettig gevoel van.

Het nummer van Edith Piaf is natuurlijk een klassieker, maar ik zou het zelf niet gauw opzetten. Ik vind het wel mooi.

Overigens beoordeel ik muziek niet per se op basis van de vertolkte emoties. Ik ben bijvoorbeeld dol op een aantal nummers van Chic, maar daarin wordt wel heel emotieloos gezongen. Is dat een bezwaar? Voor mij niet.

Nog een loom nummer, dat ook heel koel, ik bedoel cool, is. Isaac Hayes: Do Your Thing.

I think there is an emotion in it, but it might not be an emotion you recognize. In any case, it gives me a very pleasant feeling.

Edith Piaf's song is a classic, of course, but I wouldn't be quick to put it on myself. I do think it's beautiful, though.

Incidentally, I don't necessarily judge music based on the emotions conveyed. For example, I love a number of songs by Chic, but the singing in them is very emotionless. Is that a drawback? Not for me.

Dat de velranden/blokranden kunnen toevoegen aan de lijst thema's ... prima, denk ik? Verder zou ik dus zoals gezegd bij blokken/velletjes die uit 1 zegel of 1 soort zegel bestaan gelijke thematiek aanhouden t.o.v. de zegel.

Klopt helemaal. maar ik ben niet zo bekend in de modellen wereld ;-) en de naam staat ook niet op de kaart. U mag natuurlijk altijd de naam zelf toevoegen aan de titel. Wel graag de rest van de titel onveranderd laten.
