De Nederlandse PTT is een tijdje een beetje actief geweest maar de Belgische posterijen zijn veel actiever in het uitgeven van strippostzegels

Door verschillende mensen is de behoefte geuit aan een “Land” veld dat aangeeft in welk land het album is uitgegeven. O.a. naar aanleiding van een zwitserse reclame-uitgave van Citroën met Kuifje. Omdat zwitsers geen taal is, is niet via het taal-veld aan te geven dat het een zwitserse uitgave is.
Hoewel ik in eerste instantie dacht dat uitgevers voor een taalgebied uitgeven en het land van uitgave niet zo belangrijk is, lijkt het me door dit voorbeeld nu toch een goed idee dit veld toe te voegen. Wat vinden jullie? Het lijkt me niet nodig om Nederland of België in te vullen als het uitgaven in die landen betreft, of vinden jullie van wel?

Ik met de afgelopen dagen wat in ISBN nummers verdiept. Ik was vooral geinteresseerd of je de streepjes tussen de getallen kan afleiden. Dat blijkt het geval te zijn. Als je hier in geinteresserd bent kijk dan eens op isbn.org
Wat volgens mij de mooiste oplossing is, is dat je bij het invoeren zowel met als zonder streepjes kan invoeren, wat je zelf het gemakkelijkst vind. Vervolgens wordt bij het weergegeven automatisch de streepjes op de juiste plek gezet. Ik verwacht dat ik intern het ISBN nummer zonder streepjes op zal slaan zodat het makkelijker wordt om op te zoeken.
Wat ik ook wil doen is de check uitvoeren of het een correct ISBN nummer is (op basis van het laatste getal). Dat verhoogt ook weer de kwaliteit van de invoer.
Ik moet alleen nog even uitzoeken wat de afbreekregels zijn voor ISBN-13.

What I think is the best solution is that you can enter both with and without dashes when entering, which you find the easiest. Subsequently, the dashes are automatically placed in the right place when displayed. I expect to internally store the ISBN number without hyphens to make it easier to look up.
What I also want to do is check if it is a correct ISBN number (based on the last number). This also increases the quality of the input.
I just need to figure out the hyphenation rules for ISBN -13.
De belangrijkste wijzigingen:
- Je kunt nu bij een nieuw stripalbum ook meerdere verhalen ieder met meerdere scenaristen en tekenaars invoeren.
- Bij sommige browsers moest je meerdere keren op de ‘toevoegen verhaal’ link klikken voordat er iets gebeurde. Is nu opgelost.
- De sortering van de verhalen is verbeterd. Verhalen die geen nummer hebben worden als laatste getoond.
- Layout bij het invoeren van meerdere verhalen is verbeterd.
