Ik heb er voor gekozen om mijn abonnement voor een jaar in één keer te betalen om gebruik te kunnen maken van de beloofde korting van 20%. Toch is vandaag € 239,40 van mijn bankrekening afgeschreven (12x € 19,95). Maar ik zou volgens de afspraken dus recht hebben op een korting van € 47,88. Deze afschrijving is een foutje, neem ik aan?
Is het misschien bij meer mensen misgegaan?
Ik ga ervan uit dat dit hersteld wordt en ik mijn korting alsnog krijg. Dank alvast!

I have chosen to pay for my subscription for a year in one go in order to take advantage of the promised 20% discount. Yet today € 239.40 has been debited from my bank account (12x € 19.95). Nou Toniovanvugt ik geloof van niet. Deze 19,95 is al met korting. Kijk maar bij je abonnement en klik daar maar eens op per maand betalen.

Dank je. Uiteraard heb ik dat weer verkeerd begrepen. Je krijgt die info pas als je eerst kiest of je per maand of per jaar wilt betalen. Nergens wordt dit van tevoren duidelijk uitgelegd.
Ook omdat je de info '€19,95 p/m' krijgt als je voor jaarbetaling kiest. Waarom dan niet gewoon het jaarbedrag genoemd. Ik vind het wederom niet helder gecommuniceerd. Tja.

Thank you. Of course I misunderstood that again. You will only receive this information if you first choose whether you want to pay per month or per year. Nowhere is this clearly explained in advance.
Also because you will receive the information '€19.95 p/m' if you opt for annual payment. Why not just mention the annual amount. Again, I don't think it was communicated clearly. Well.

Je bedoelt denk ik de korting die je krijgt als je per jaar betaalt ten opzichte van het bedrag wanneer je per maand betaalt. Die korting wordt alleen genoemd bij deze switch:

Als je tussen deze opties switcht dan zie je ook de verschillen tussen de bedragen.

Als je het abonnement afneemt als "betaald per jaar" dan zie je eerst in de pop-up op onze site precies het jaarbedrag dat het abonnement kost. Vervolgens klik je door naar Stripe en dan zie je ook weer het precieze jaarbedrag. Alleen dat bedrag autoriseer je. Vervolgens wordt het geautoriseerde jaarbedrag door Stripe geïncasseerd (vandaag bij je afgeschreven). Het jaarbedrag dat bij je is afgeschreven heb je dus al een paar keer gezien en geautoriseerd. Maar goed, het is al weer even geleden dus ik kan me voorstellen dat je het proces niet meer exact voor ogen hebt.

I think you mean the discount you get if you pay per year compared to the amount if you pay per month. That discount is only mentioned with this switch:

Then click through to Stripe and you will see the exact annual amount again. You only authorize that amount. Ik denk, dat als alles loopt zoals Rene zich dat voorstelt, er toch een keer een abonnement gaat komen met als naam super-vip of seller. Max. 7000 voor 9,95 per maand of iets in die richting. Ik weet dit is al aangekaart, maar het is nu al iets rustiger. In mijn ogen is de sprong van 3.000 naar 15.000 te groot.

I think that if everything goes the way Rene imagines it, there will be a subscription with the name super-vip or seller. max. 7000 for 9.95 a month or something like that. I know this has already been addressed, but things have calmed down a bit now. In my opinion, the jump from 3,000 to 15,000 is too big.

Ipv een nieuw niveau toe te voegen heb ik vroeger een ander voorstel gelanceerd, echter nooit enige reactie op gekregen (waarschijnlijk verdwenen in het bos door de vele bomen):

jogo , Dank voor dit idee. Dit druist wel in tegen het idee om enkele abonnementen te bieden om het eenvoudig en overzichtelijk te houden maar we zien ook de wens om de stap van VIP naar TOP kleiner te maken en gaan nadenken of we daar iets mee kunnen doen.

Ik houd mijn stripverzameling bij in lastdodo (daarvoor catawiki), gebruik de export functie een keer per 2 jaar en koop een enkele keer iets in een shop. Is het mogelijk nog een keer voordelig een export te maken, en m'n invoerwerk veilig te stellen voor ik vertrek?  (ik zag dat ik als ik dat zou willen daar nu 12x3,95 voor kwijt ben?....auw)
(Ik heb de mailtjes wel gekregen, niet gelezen, word nu met m'n neus op de feiten gedrukt :-) )

I keep track of my comic collection in lastdodo (previously catawiki), use the export function once every 2 years and occasionally buy something in a shop. Is it possible to make another cheap export, and to secure my import work before I leave? (I saw that if I wanted to, I would now pay 12x3.95 for that?....ouch)
(I did receive the emails, didn't read them, now I'm being confronted with the facts :-) )

Iets specifieks daarvoor maken is lastig nu (je had het tot 1 januari 12.00 nog zo kunnen doen inderdaad).
Maar je kunt wel een VIP abonnement afnemen dat per maand betaald is, de export doen en dan het abonnement opzeggen zodat het maar 1 maand loopt. Dan kost het alleen eenmalig 5,45 euro voor die maand.
Je hoeft trouwens verder helemaal niet te vertrekken hoor want het bijhouden van je verzameling kun je gewoon gratis blijven doen.

Making something specific for that is difficult now (you could have done it like this until January 1, 12.00 indeed).
But you can purchase a VIP subscription that is paid per month, do the export and then cancel the subscription so that it only runs for 1 month. Then it only costs 5.45 euros once for that month.
By the way, you don't have to leave at all, because you can keep updating your collection for free.

Thanks voor je snelle reactie Rene! Ik check even wat m'n laatste export mist en kijk dan even wat ik doe. Account sluiten  ga ik sowieso wel doen denk ik, verplichte stap van privé naar publiek, zint me ook niet echt eigenlijk, naast het toch aardig betalen voor de functies die ik maar heel sporadisch gebruik, maar die nu net wel de toegevoegde waarde zijn. Ik wil best iets betalen, maar geen 50 euro per jaar, dat is me te dol. Veel succes met jullie platform! groet, Kees

Thanks for your quick response Rene! I'll check what my last export is missing and then see what I'm doing. I'm going to close an account anyway, I think, mandatory step from private to public, I don't really like it either, besides paying quite nicely for the functions that I only use very sporadically, but which are just the added value. 330dm , voor de zekerheid: je verzameling staat nu al niet op privé. En wij hebben uiteraard geen verzamelingen open gezet dus dat stond ie al.

Om items toe te kunnen voegen, moest ie op publiek, dat heb ik (vandaag) zelf gedaan en daarna is er geen weg terug, Dan volgt de popup, eerst betalen! :-)

To be able to add items, it had to be public, I did that myself (today) and after that there is no way back, Then the popup follows, pay first! :-)

Als ik t van te voren had geweten had ik op z'n minst een export naar excel kunnen doen.... Was al mn eerdere werk niet voor niks geweest. En had ik ook met bulk update mn zoeklijst een beetje opschonen..

Ik vind het ook te veel geld. Ik heb geen shop, maar de bulk functionaliteit om sneller te koop staande items te vinden. En dus notities.. Maar goed, het is subjectief natuurlijk. Forse stap van 0 naar 50euro per jaar

Hi, I understand that you use a subscription system. It's kind of weird that it just started all of a sudden. Are all my previously completed notes now gone? Or can I see it again when I pay?
If I had known in advance I could at least have done an export to excel.... If all my previous work hadn't been for nothing. And I also cleaned up my search list a bit with bulk update..

I also think it's too much money. I don't have a shop, but the bulk functionality to find items for sale faster. And so notes.. Anyway, it's subjective of course. Substantial step from 0 to 50 euros per year

Hier is iedereen inderdaad in november twee mail over gemaild. Heb je de mail niet ontvangen? Misschien in je spam terecht gekomen?

Bedoel je die in je shop? Die kun je als het goed zelf nog zien maar zien anderen pas weer als je shop open is.
Of bedoel je je eigen notities bij items in je verzameling? Die kun je als het goed is gewoon nog zien en ook aanpassen. Probeer maar even. Je kunt alleen geen nieuwe toevoegen.

Do you mean the one in your shop? You should be able to see them yourself, but others will only see them again when your shop is open.
Or do you mean your own notes on items in your collection? If all goes well you can still see it and also adjust it. Just try. You just can't add new ones.

Oh, zojuist inderdaad een item gevonden waar de notitie er bij staat. De items die ik bekeek, hebben waarschijnlijk geen notitie gehad. Bedankt!

Balen dat ik niet nog een export heb gemaakt eind december, maar het is wat het is.

Voor alle functionaliteit op de site, nee zeker niet. Beetje flauw misschien, maar ik kijk dan toch wat het verschil is met de gratis tier en voor die 2 features extra die ik gebruik kan ik geen 50euro per jaar aan mezelf verantwoorden. 
Als dan gehele site achter paywall ging voor bijv 25euro / j, dan zou ik t wel gelijk doen.
(Als feedback bedoeld, niet om te klagen, zijn natuurlijk zoveel verschillende meningen..)

Shame I didn't make another export at the end of December, but it is what it is.

For all the functionality on the site, no, definitely not. A bit silly perhaps, but I still see what the difference is with the free tier and for those 2 extra features that I use I cannot justify 50 euros per year to myself.
If the entire site went behind paywall for eg 25 euros / year, I would do it right away.
(Intended as feedback, not to complain, of course there are so many different opinions..)

Misschien is het nog een idee om wat dingen in je shop te zetten zodat je met een of enkele verkopen per jaar je abonnement weer terug hebt verdiend? Ik ken verzamelaars die nu vanuit die gedachte begonnen zijn om wat te verkopen.

Verder wordt je nu als niet commerciële verzamelaar ook hard gepakt. Je kunt geen opmerkingen meer toevoegen aan je items, niet meer exporteren.

Naar het mailadres waarmee je bent ingelogd is op 27 december 2022 nog een bericht verstuurd. Daarna is er geen communicatie meer geweest, dus ook geen blokkering wegens spam o.i.d.
