Dank je voor je compliment, ik zat in een Diepe DIP omdat ik met tennis en 9 4 verlies alle hoeken van de baan heb gezien. Volhouden is het nu het Motto. Speciaal voor Raoul een plaatje van een fraai boek wat ik vandaag heb ingevoerd, ook een heel klein beetje postzegel gerelateerd. Is het een zeldzame zegel ?

Neen, de zegel #1854103  is niet zo zeldzaam of duur.
Maar het 'stuk' (maakwerk) lijkt me wel iets heel speciaals.
Wie Arabisch kan lezen kan wellicht vertellen voor welke gelegenheid deze kaart met gelegenheidskaart en stickers werd gemaakt?
Een afgestempelde koningskopke-zegel op een konijnenkaart, op een kaart met een familiefoto, een sticker van een bloemenvogel tussen een boomtakje met blaadjes, en een sticker met een (uniek?) maak-volgnummer.
Wat een weelde ... of overdaad.  Afhankelijk van hoe je het bekijkt.

Ter voorbereiding van het koninklijk bezoek dat zou komen overgevlogen werd door de vrouwen een feestmaal (konijn met pruimen) klaargemaakt, terwijl de mannen na de voetbalmatch (entreeticket hangt bovenaan) trots poseerden in hun zondagse pak?

No, stamp #1854103 is not that rare or expensive.
But the 'piece' (manufacturing) seems to me to be something very special.

Het staat te koop, dat is 1 van de manieren om er achter te komen hoe Alice er in staat. Maar goed kijken kijken en niet kopen vind ik ook niet erg. Voor Charles heb ik uhm gelijk leesbaar gedraaid. In dit geval niet een door de auteur getekende versie.

It's for sale, that's one of the ways to find out how Alice is doing. But I don't mind looking and not buying. For Charles I played readable right away. In this case, not a version signed by the author.

Jaartal 1899 kan toch best, ik zie op Abebooks edities herdrukken uit 1880 enzovoorts. De schrijver ( in ieder geval de vertaler) heeft het over een tekening uit een oude uitgave, niet een 1e druk. Ook offtopic.

Year 1899 is fine, I see on Abebooks editions reprints from 1880 and so on. The writer (at least the translator) is talking about a drawing from an old edition, not a 1st edition. Also off topic.
