I just started on this forum to see what I can do with my grandfather's collection of stamps wants to sell them if they are worth something of course but am a layman /

how can I see what a stamp is worth?

and is a stamp worth more with or without a stamp ?

@jacco, let your grandpa see it for himself, I thank him for everything.

Just click on stamps, and a whole new world will open up for you with prizes and stamps, is much easier.

@jacco, well you didn't tell that!

but okay, so click on stamps, and then you will see all countries with stamps below, and then you can click per country.

and then you can compare with the stamps there., so you start somewhere in the front of your album of each country, and then look up that stamp to see prices.

and so on . MNH is unused as you buy it at the post office.

is unused if the back is damaged or has a patch on it.

and canceled speaks for itself.

but you actually need a recent catalog to be able to see all prices, because not everything is filled in.
