I have been busy with the introduction of match brands for a month and I keep coming across a number of things that I think could be different.
I think the following could be adjusted:
1) Category: Match Brand
2) title: OKE
3) Brand / Manufacturer: OKE
4) object: we know the following subjects as matchstick collectors,
- match label; package label; wrap; household box; advertising box; matchbook; other.
So no - matchbox, that's too general, and no matchbox brand, that's the category.
5) Industry: here we could use the following items: - trade and industry; - catering industry; - advertisement; - factory brand; - livelihood (no grocer, that is too limited); - smoking materials; - transport; - financial world; - general; - healthcare; - sports and relaxation.
So there is no more room for - mignon, this is a small format matchstick label, - strip, is almost always issued by the factory (factory brand), grocer (De Gruyter) or as an advertisement.
Also no place for self-service anymore, that is subsistence. Weerter is the name of a match factory, these labels would then fall under the factory brand.
6) series: OKE
7) number in the series: OKE;
8) Country: OKE;
9) text on the front is irrelevant, you can see that in the image, instead: place name.
10) draftsman / designer irrelevant, usually cannot be traced back to match brands.
11) year: OKE.
12) Dimensions: OKAY;
13) details: OK.

I hope these proposals can be incorporated, the match collectors would then be able to fit their collection into Catawiki more easily.

with collector's greetings

Jan Maas

Is relevant to comic collectors and if it is known it would be nice to mention it
