En weet iemand dan wel het antwoord? Ineens is de optie totaal verdwenen. Tenminste op mijn mobiele telefoon. Ik hoop dat ik eroverheen kijk, want dat vond ik toch wel een belangrijke optie als je iets wilde vragen over iets in een shop. En dan zo stellen dat iedereen de vraag en het antwoord ziet.

Ja, dat is wel erg jammer, want zo kan je de vragen van anderen niet zien en het is lastiger om vragen te stellen, want de verkoper is moeilijk te vinden, alleen de shop

Je vraag heeft niks te maken met het onderwerp van dit draadje ('contact met verkoper opnemen').
Er is een Speldjes-forum onder 'Overige rubrieken' (links in de keuzelijst op het forum, dan naar beneden scrollen tot bij 'Speldjes': ze staan alfabetisch).
Nu ben ik eens gaan kijken en daar staat een draadje dat verband houdt met je vraag.  Misschien vind je daar het antwoord, of kun je daar bijkomende vragen stellen over dat onderwerp.

There is a Pins forum under 'Other sections' (left in the selection list on the forum, then scroll down to 'Pins': they are listed alphabetically).
Now I went to look and there is a thread related to your question. You may find the answer there, or you can ask additional questions on that subject.
