What to do if a buyer does not respond? Invoice sent, reminder sent, emails sent, all without response. Buyer also cannot be reached via LD mail, has no clickable name in profile.

I will then cancel the order under "no further response received after reminder". At least then the items will be back in your shop. I've had it happen to me 2 or 3 times now and there has never been a new reaction.

I also always state in the response to buyer box that I canceled the order because there was no response and I therefore assume that there is no interest. But if the buyer is still interested, he should let us know. In short: always remain friendly.
