De aanvankelijke vraag was me ook niet duidelijk.  'Stempel' is blijkbaar een foute vertaling van 'Timbre' (FR) of 'Stamp' (EN)?  
Het was louter een vraag waar die postzegel te vinden is ...
Er is nog wat werk aan de 'internationalisering'.  Frans is wel een wereldtaal, en een van de grootste taalgroepen in de Europese unie.  Engels is ... ongeveer de kleinste (enkel Ierland).
