Since the upgrade I have not been able to export my collection.
I know how to do it and also get the message that I receive an email message, but I do not receive anything..
Of course I also checked whether my email address is still correct and checked in the spam box and the like.

I don't know Morits but there is indeed a limit to the number of rows we can export to Excel at this point. This is one of the reasons why we still have to get started with the export.

Okay, but you can't send unlimited large files either. I don't know whether it is still the case, but at KPN you could not send anything larger than 10 MB.
It is also possible that your own mailbox is full. You may not always get a message about this...

Anything is possible Morits but our mails were marked as spam by the user. Then no new ones will be sent. That has now been lifted, so that's no longer the issue.

If you didn't do this manually, you should have a specialist take a look at your mail program (perhaps a rule has been created that does this?) or contact your mail provider.
