Op mijn kamer heb ik een modelauto staan. Deze kan best wel wat waard zijn. Het is een (ik denk 1:43) model van een Aston Martin DBRS9 Belcar 2011. Het model is waarschijnlijk op speciale aanvraag gemaakt door Francorchamps mini models. Als ik het goed begrijp is deze de 5de van slechts 10.
Het model is gehecht aan een plastiken plaatje waarop een stikker plakt met volgende informatie: Aston Martin DBRS9 Belcar 2011, J. Van Hooydonk-T.Verbergt, for Jeffrey, 05/10. Bovendien is de plastieken case getekend(echt met stift) door Jeffrey Van Hooydonk.
Deze auto heeft een beetje een achtergrond verhaaltje. Ik vermoed dat dit model voor Jeffrey zelf bedoeld was. Echter heeft hij deze geschonken, tijdens te 24uren race(denk ik, tis eventjes geledn) aan mijn vader die toen CEO van Petronas Belgium was. (Petronas was hoofdsponsor van dat team.)
Ik vind niks van informatie of fotos op het internet van dit model. Dus vraag ik me nu af wat dit nu wel waard kan zijn.

The model is attached to a plastic plate with a sticker with the following information: Aston Martin DBRS9 Belcar 2011, J. Van Hooydonk-T. Hide , for Jeffrey, 05/10. In addition, the plastic case is drawn (really with marker) by Jeffrey Van Hooydonk.
This car has a bit of a background story. I suspect this model was intended for Jeffrey himself. However, he gave it, during a 24-hour race (I think, it was a while ago) to my father who was CEO of Petronas Belgium at the time. (Petronas was the main sponsor of that team.)
I don't find any information or pictures on the internet of this model. So now I wonder what this could be worth.
