Watches/lot paid, but no delivery5 messages

Goedemiddag,

Op 21-01-2015 heb ik kavel 2677149 (horloge affiches Omega- eind 20e eeuw/begin 21 eeuw) gewonnen en betaald. Maar tot nu toe geen levering gezien.

Op 16-02-2015 heb ik de aanbieder een e-mail gestuurd, maar geen antwoord ontvangen.

Op 23-02-2015 een e-mail gestuurd naar de veilingmeester. Veiling meester heeft aangegeven dat hij een e-mail naar de aanbieder heeft gestuurd. Verder geen antwoord gekregen van veiling meester

02-04-2015 een reminder gestuurd naar de veilingmeester. Geen antwoord ontvangen.

Zou graag willen weten wat nu de status is van deze kavel en hoe ik mijn geld kan terugkrijgen.

Good afternoon,

On 21-01-2015 I won and paid for lot 2677149 (watch posters Omega - late 20th century/early 21st century). But so far no delivery seen.

On 2/16/2015 I sent an e-mail to the provider, but received no reply.

Sent an e-mail to the auctioneer on 23-02-2015. The auctioneer has indicated that he has sent an e-mail to the supplier. No further response from auction master

02-04-2015 sent a reminder to the auctioneer. No reply received.

Would like to know the current status of this lot and how I can get my money back.
