We are all importing postcards and then the countries may also be imported. We do this in Dutch or in the language of the country where the card or importer comes from. I think one language to write is more convenient also to find the map in CW.

And what about our eastern and southern neighbors who do not speak Dutch and do enter their maps on CW

If you are logged in on .be or .nl, you just have to do it in Dutch.

The software \ administrators ensure that this is properly translated if you are on .de, .com or. fr sits.

To Pegag

logged in on '.be' is therefore persons from Belgium correct, right?

so French is also an official language

I can now coincidentally Dutch

but some Belgians who use catwiki.be do not speak Dutch (wallonia) and only speak French ..

so it is impossible to claim that they use the information in the Dutch Must do

if you want to expand Catawiki you will have to be open to multilingualism in case of a solution with regard to countries ,,,

you can also see the entry of Belgians as an enrichment unless you catawiki prefers to see nationally

Kind regards Frank

A single French-speaking, but otherwise smart Walloon will of course log in to catawiki.fr, the French-language version of Catawiki and not to catawiki.be.

You just always have to enter in the language in which you use the site, 'Dutch' on .nl and .be, English on .com, German on .de and French on .fr. It's not that difficult is it?

If I have to enter French postcards (Cartes Postale), then I enter it on the Dutch website (www.catawiki.nl) and when I have entered everything, I switch to the French site (www.catawiki .fr) by clicking on the language at the top and switching to French.

I always fill in exactly what needs to be entered on the Dutch site. Some cards I have filled in are this . Do not translate the text on the card! It would then be a completely different map and that is not the intention!
