Er werd geen cliché gemaakt, dus als de klant een nieuwe partij doosjes bestelde werd een nieuwe mal gemaakt. De plaats van de letters en cijfers konden dan wel verschillen met het oorspronkelijke etiket. Of al deze bijzonderheden ook in de catalogus staan weet ik niet, ik heb die catalogus ook niet. Misschien kunnen verzamelaars uit België hier iets aan toevoegen, deze etiketten kwamen vooral voor in België. Ik weet niet of de genoemde catalogus een Nederlandse of een Belgische uitgave is.

Klik daarop en je komt in de rubriek lucifermerken terecht, Links onder de kop Merken zie je Molen staan. Klik daarop en je ziet vervolgens alle luciferdoosjes van Molen staan (die tot nu toe in LastDodo zijn geregistreerd. Klik op een afbeelding en je komt in een detailscherm terecht waarin je rechtsboven eventueel een verkoper van het betreffende item ziet. Veel succes en veel plezier.
Look at the home page. Click on All categories (72) at the top right. Scroll down a little and see Match marks appear at the L. Click on it and you will end up in the match brands section. On the left under the Brands heading you will see Mill. Click on it and you will see all matchboxes from Molen (which have been registered in LastDodo so far). Al eerder heb ik al eens gevraagd naar verbeterde teksten voor bij de invoervelden, hierbij nogmaals het verzoek om die teksten te verbeteren. Concept teksten kunnen naar mij worden gestuurd.

Gelukkig verzamel ik (nog) geen lucifermerken :) ik denk dat ik er al een zootje van gemaakt zou hebben. Maar het heeft wel mijn aandacht getrokken nu ... In de winkel van de beheerder zie ik dat die eigenlijk niet al te duur zijn (in vergelijking met Postzegels). Dit onthoud ik voor als de lange winteravonden er weer aan komen. Als andere leden op LD mij niet voor zijn in die tijd. Heel lang geleden zijn in Brussel 'Unalit' houtplaten (geperste houtpulp met lijm) uitgevonden om het 'afval' van 'Union Match' (lucifermerk) te recycleren ... Ik heb iets met hout.
Conclusie voor nieuw lid Daan (goed hoor, je profiel is netjes opgevuld!): niet aan het veld 'Nummer in reeks' bij Lucifermerken komen, het zou een ramp kunnen betekenen. Wat ik schreef was gebaseerd op onwetendheid :) Gelukkig op het forum. Anders kon niemand mij verbeteren en waren we er mee vertrokken.
Mijn andere tips blijven stand houden: handboek lezen en de beheerder(s) contacteren. En vooral niet bang zijn iets te doen. Vele ogen kijken mee en zullen je wel een signaal geven als iets niet klopt. En ... dat is niet erg als we eens een foutje maken. Als we er maar uit leren. Ik leer elke dag bij (doordenkertje lol).

Luckily I don't collect match brands (yet) :) I think I would have messed up already. But it has caught my attention now... In the manager's shop I see that they are actually not too expensive (compared to Stamps). I will remember this for when the long winter evenings come again. If other members on LD are not ahead of me at that time. A long time ago in Brussels, 'Unalit' wood boards (pressed wood pulp with glue) were invented to recycle the 'waste' of 'Union Match' (match brand).. . I have a thing for wood.
Conclusion for new member Daan (yes, your profile is nicely filled!): Don't touch the 'Number in series' field at Match brands, it could be a disaster. What I wrote was based on ignorance :) Happy on the forum. Otherwise nobody could correct me and we would have left with it.
My other tips still stand: read the manual and contact the administrator(s). And above all, don't be afraid to do something. Many eyes are watching and will give you a signal if something is not right. And ... that's okay if we make a mistake. As long as we learn from it. I'm learning every day (thinking through lol).
Raoul62 Je weet dat er nog maar 5 specifieke handboeken zijn plus een basis handboek voor alle rubrieken. Het gaat om de effort die er jarenlang weloverwogen is ingestoken door deskundige vrijwilligers. Dat daar vanwege een systeemprobleem (dat veld is niet numeriek) een oplossing is bedacht voor de sortering, is prima. Dit wordt trouwens bij meerdere rubrieken zo gedaan.
Raoul62 You know there are only 5 specific handbooks left plus a basic handbook for all sections. It is about the effort that has been deliberately put in for years by expert volunteers. That a solution has been devised for the sorting because of a system problem (that field is not numerical) is fine. By the way, this is done in several sections.
