Wellicht gewoon verwijderen Raoul62 . Of de stempel moet nog iets zijn, helaas is deze niet te lezen.

Perhaps just delete Raoul62 . Or the stamp must be something else, unfortunately it cannot be read.

Sommigen beschouwen zoiets als een 'Gelegenheidsenvelop'.  'k Heb er de laatste weken toch wel enkele opgemerkt in de postzegelrubriek.
Van mij mag het in 'Overig'.  Maar jou eerste idee is ook wat ik er van denk :)

De envelop is in serie gemaakt (voorwerp Envelop), de zegel ook (postzegel), evenals zal de stempel meer dan één keer gebruikt zijn (Stempel).  En de bestemmeling zal ook wel in serie post ontvangen hebben die aan hem/haar is/was geadresseerd (voorwerp 'Ontvangen post' of 'Adresgebruik' ?).
Echter, de combinatie van envelop, postzegel, stempel en adres ... in oplage?  'k Denk het niet.

Some consider something like an "Occasion Envelope." I've noticed a few in the stamp section in recent weeks.
I can do it in 'Other'. But your first idea is also what I think of it :)

The envelope is serialized (object Envelope), so is the stamp (stamp), as well as the stamp will have been used more than once (Stamp). And the recipient will also have received serial mail that is/was addressed to him/her (object 'Received mail' or 'Use of address'?).
However, the combination of envelope, stamp, stamp and address ... in edition? I don't think so.

Mijn idee was meteen. Een enveloppe voor een doodsbrief/rouwbrief.
Rouwbrief erin en dichtplakken. 
Vandaar die zwarte randomtrek.
En ook andere tarieven dan voor een gewone brief.
Zowel in B als in NL.
Kijk maar op het net bij rouwomslagen. Of bij enveloppen met rouwrand.
En die bestaan ook dacht ik in wit met paars. Toch in België.

My idea was right away. An envelope for an obituary/mourning letter.
Mourning letter in it and stick it closed.
Hence the black outline.
And also other rates than for a regular letter.
Both in B and in NL.
Just look on the net at mourning envelopes. Or envelopes with a mourning border.
And I thought they also exist in white with purple. Yet in Belgium.
