De Aantekenstrookjes hebben wat TLC nodig om ze goed te kunnen beheren.
Momenteel zijn de te onderscheiden kenmerken:

- Reeks (plaatsnaam)
- Sub-reeks (kantooradres)
- Soort (Afkorting met punt, Afkorting zonder punt, andere typeringen niet gebruiken)
In Bijzonderheden wordt ook vermeld:
- Tweezijdig of Vierzijdig getand
- Met of zonder koppelstreepje in plaatsnaam
- R in plaatsnaam met rechte poot of gebogen poot
- Plaatsnaam in kleine letters geschreven
- Lengte plaatsnaam (smal / lang)
Het nummer geprint/gestempeld op de strook wordt beschouwd als een nummer, net als bijvoorbeeld bij genummerde stripboeken, dus niet apart opnemen. Anders zitten we alleen maar unica in te voeren, derhalve "Nummer in reeks" leeg laten.
Zijn bovenstaande kenmerken voldoende of moeten er meer / minder kenmerken zijn?
Hoe gaan we om met het huidige gebruik van de barcodestickers? Is dit überhaupt verzamelwaardig, zijn dit niet allemaal unica's?

Details also state:
- Two-sided or Four-sided serrated
- With or without hyphen in place name
- R in place name with straight leg or curved leg
- City name written in lowercase
- City name length (narrow / long)
The number printed/stamped on the strip is considered a number, just like numbered comic books, for example, so do not include it separately. Otherwise we're just entering uniques, so leave "Number in sequence" blank.
Are the above characteristics sufficient or should there be more/less characteristics?
How do we deal with the current use of barcode stickers? Is this collectible at all, aren't these all unique?
