Ik ben geneigd hier hetzelfde in te vullen als onder “serie/film/game” of “reeks”.

Niet elk thema is ook een film of serie natuurlijk.
Van de andere kant is het logisch als je eerst de naam van een serie of film geeft, en daarna de naam van het personage.
Blijf voorlopig maar twee keer dezelfde info geven, tot we hier een beslissing over hebben genomen.

Wat je bij reeks plaatst, hoort ook vrijwel nooit bij thema.
Dus liever niet “star wars episode II” invoeren bij thema, maar gewoon “star wars”
Hou de thema’s zo veel mogelijk algemeen, zodat er groepen ontstaan.
Thema’s aanmaken met maar 4 of 5 items heeft weinig zin.
Dan komen we straks om in de thema’s, en vind je niks meer terug

What you add to series, almost never belongs to theme.
Keep the themes general as much as possible, so that groups are formed.
Creating themes with only 4 or 5 items makes little sense.

Ik zag dat “figuren gieten- Suske en Wiske” was overgezet naar de rubriek Beeldjes/figurines.
Lijkt mij een prima zaak, alleen ben ik zo vrij geweest om de omschrijving bij Serie, Reeks en Naam te wijzigen.
Volgens mij is het nu zoals de instructies dat aangeven!

Het heeft er mee te maken dat verschillende rubrieken verschillende velden hebben.

Ik ben al druk bezig met herstellen, maar het zijn zoveel items, dat duurt even.
Er zijn op dit moment 1270 items die nog nagekeken moeten worden.

Wanneer je bij namen kijkt onder “onbekend” zie je 500 items die nog aangepast moeten worden.
Zelf ben ik nu bezig met items aan te passen die vanuit de speelgoed rubriek komen, die staan daar niet tussen.
Er moeten ook nog steeds items overgezet uit de speelgoed en overige rubrieken.
Dat moet ik ook nog een keer goed nalopen allemaal.

Dat lijkt me niet de bedoeling.

De verschillende namen voor eenzelfde thema had ik al gezien.
Dit probleem speelt niet alleen bij de thema’s
Dit is ook een gevolg van het feit dat deze rubriek is samengesteld uit items uit 8 verschillende rubrieken.
Om te voorkomen dat ik dingen dubbel moet doen, probeer ik zo systematisch mogelijk te werken.
Mijn eerste prioriteit is dat alles over gaat naar deze rubriek.
Dan moet alles nagekeken worden zodat de juiste items bij de juiste series komen.
Daarna ga ik de doublures samenvoegen.
Pas als dat gebeurt is ga ik alle serie / thema / namen lijsten met een stofkam door op inconsequente naamgeving.
Dat samenvoegen van thema namen is voor mij als beheerder eenvoudig te doen, negeer het voorlopig maar even.
