I am entering stamps; this succeeds but the total of imported stamps remains unchanged.

Can this be remedied?

Hello Arco,

Thanks for the quick response!

The items entered are stamps that I have not yet offered for sale in my shop.

A few seconds after entering I can read "Item successful ..." but if I then look at the total of my entered items, it remains unchanged, otherwise it is already adjusted after a few seconds.

Can does this take longer than 2 hours for the total number of items to be adjusted?

Currently I have the same thing when adding new comic albums, with my own scans, to my shop. Have you ever heard about (longer) queues? Is that the case here, perhaps?

I also have the same thing.

I've been through this before, but never as long as this time. I stopped importing myself. Hopefully it's a backlog when indexing and stuff.

See if it's straightened out tomorrow. There is a good chance that the items will be shown. At least I hope so.

@ DeBijzaak : I think they are indeed in a queue and the items will come at a later date emerge. But to be on the safe side, I also stop scanning and adding further. :-)

There may be times when the update takes longer than usual due to busy periods. Some time ago (because a user had entered many unusually large bulk files) we had wait times of more than 24 hours. All entries will remain in the queue and you don't have to worry about losing any information

I asked the technical people if they would like to see if there is a recognizable cause again this time.

As soon as more is known I will let you know.

There is a malfunction at the moment so that additions and changes to shops are temporarily not visible. Normally it takes a maximum of 5 minutes before these are visible, but now longer.

We're figuring out what's going on right now. As soon as I know more, I will let you know.

Please note: the changes that have been entered have been recorded in Catawiki, but are not yet visible. So it is not necessary to enter them again.

Known issue. Newly added items are apparently not processed. After adding you get an error message that the page cannot be displayed. Now introduced the same book three times ... later 3x mention ????
