It is always very strange when someone suddenly receives comments or red marks after > 100 purely positive feedback scores.
I think friends or family left the shop open (perhaps even continued to pay for the subscription) under the assumption that they could easily cash in on the 'inheritance' this way.
It's not that simple.
Even non-professional salespeople must have been bitten by the collecting bug, know something about it and put a lot of time and energy into it. Working on it almost every day, and especially communicating (replying to messages). And above all: treat it as a hobby, and accept that it will not make you rich.

It's a good thing that the shop is closed now, it's not a reference for LD.
The 'family and friends' can now decide: either put enough time and energy into the shop, or take the items to a buyer (the return will be much lower). In the latter case, they will no longer annoy anyone and save themselves a lot of time and worries.

Moral of the story = always look at the feedback carefully. Sometimes there are clear signals. That's what the feedback is for.
