On September 29, 2023, I ordered a strip of French stamps from the Timbre78timbre store, of which I received a confirmation of receipt from LastDoDo with number #10069251.
I never received an acknowledgment of receipt or invoice. In my two attempts to contact the owner of this shop via email, as advised, I never received a response.
I have now given up hope of acquiring my purchase through this shop, but I still have an open order and I have no idea how to deal with it. I would like some guidance on this.

A buyer can ask a seller to cancel the order, but only the seller can process this administratively. It is annoying that you are left with an unresolved order due to no response. The question is also whether a message via LD to this recent (2 months+) shop owner will help. Has no collection and only some stamps in a quiet shop. Could be anything going on, illness or opening a shop on a whim and then not looking at it anymore. There may be more inactive shops.

I would leave it alone, if you ever get a response, you are the one who can say: send the invoice or cancel the order. But that's up to you.

Please note that it is useful to provide (neutral or negative) feedback so that other prospective buyers know that there has been no response to your order.

Harry56, thanks for your answer. I gave him a negative review. Then I took a look at his shop, there is indeed not much for sale and nothing new has been added since August. The lot I ordered is not even listed. We will just believe in the good of man and hope that he is not too ill or even worse

Just a quick note: it is true that your purchase is not in his shop, after all, it was ordered by you and will then be automatically removed from the shop in the LD system. If it later turns out that the seller is experiencing force majeure, it is up to him to contact Lastdodo, because with 1 sale 100% negative feedback it will be impossible to continue a shop like this. Let's just hope that nothing serious is going on.
