#9988783 (Ciso Bulletin) en #9988779 (Ciso Bulletin 2) zijn ingevoerd bij Strips.
En als soort: Tijdschrift, Reclame uitgave; van welgeteld 2 blz en dan nog een blanco achterzijde.
Als het 'bijvoegsel' bij het tijdschrift hoort kan het natuurlijk los geraken.
En mag ingevoerd worden.
Maar niet bij Strips lijkt mij.
Want de tijdschriften gaan ook al migreren/verplaatst worden binnen X tijd.
Hoort dit niet eerder thuis dan bij Overig?
En de afbeelding ook toevoegen bij het bewuste tijdschrift (in afwachting van).

Ik heb ze bij Strips ingevoerd omdat daar al Ciso Bulletin #99710 stond, die door Arco was voorzien van label Tijdschrift. Nu staan de bulletins in ieder geval bij elkaar en niet verspreid over verschillende rubrieken, wel zo inzichtelijk.
Bij Strips nu dus een tijdschrift. In werkelijkheid was het misschien geen 'echt' tijdschrift maar een periodiek, ongeacht aantal bladzijden.
Maar of het bulletin een zelfstandige uitgave was of een bijlage van een tijdschrift, weet ik niet. Misschien kan iemand anders dat aangeven. En dan kan worden bepaald of het naar Tijdschriften moet, naar Overig, of dat het voorlopig bij Strips blijft, daar worden immers ook bijlagen van tijdschriften ingevoerd.
Ben overigens zeker bereid om het opnieuw in te voeren in een andere rubriek.
I entered them at Comics because Ciso Bulletin #99710 was already there, which had been labeled Tijdschrift by Arco. Now the bulletins are at least together and not spread across different sections, which makes them easy to understand.
So Strips now has a magazine. In reality it may not have been a 'real' magazine but a periodical, regardless of the number of pages.
But I don't know whether the bulletin was a standalone publication or a supplement to a magazine. Maybe someone else can point that out. And then it can be determined whether it should go to Magazines, to Other, or whether it should remain with Comics for the time being, since magazine supplements are also entered there.
I am certainly willing to re-enter it in another section.

Bonte#99710 is destijds ingevoerd in 2008 via de database van Bonte..
En bij strips moet je altijd verplicht een held/serie zetten/vermelden/plaatsen.
Arco zaliger heeft daar dan van gemaakt de held/serie: Ciso bulletin (tijdschrift)
Er is geen afbeelding bij #99710. 1 verzamelaar maar niet bekend (Bonte dan misschien?).
Da's dan baseren op iets dat je niet ziet/kent.
Bekijk nader de 2 ingevoerde items en vooral wat er op te lezen is.
Bulletin 5/6 handelt over de verspreiding van de Ciso's gericht aan abonnés/leden.
Bulletin 2 geeft info over stripreeksen en titels.
Het kan haast niet anders dan dat die 'bulletins meegestuurd werden met een welbepaald Ciso-nummer.
Want dat ga je niet kopen in een (strip)winkel zulk een 'papier'.
En is zeker geen 'zelfstandig' tijdschrift . Heeft geen kenmerken/eigenschappen daarvan..
Heeft dan wel te maken met strips; op #99710 zien we niks en op de 2 andere items staat alleen tekst. Niet 1 plaatje ... en dat wordt dan een strip?...
Er zijn al andere items verplaatst naar Overig.
Waar overigens wel stripfiguren op waar te nemen waren (agenda's, folders, kalenders, ...)
En striptijdschriften gaan binnen X tijd sowieso naar Tijdschriften...

There is no image #99710 . 1 collector but not known (Bonte perhaps?).
That's basing it on something you don't see/know.
Take a closer look at the 2 entered items and especially what can be read on them.
Bulletin 5/6 deals with the distribution of the CISOs aimed at subscribers/members.
Bulletin 2 provides information about comic series and titles.
It is almost inevitable that these bulletins were sent with a specific Ciso number.
Because you're not going to buy that kind of 'paper' in a (comic) shop.
And it is certainly not an 'independent' magazine. Has no characteristics/properties thereof..
Does it have to do with comics; on #99710 we see nothing and the other 2 items only have text. Not 1 picture... and that becomes a comic?...
Other items have already been moved to Other.
Where, by the way, cartoon characters could be observed (diaries, brochures, calendars, ...)
And comic magazines will go to Magazines within X amount of time anyway...

BonteCiso had abonnees en verkocht ook losse boeken in de winkel, er was soms ook een verschil tussen Nederlandse en Belgische abonnees. Het blad werd inderdaad meegestuurd met de albums maar had wel een eigen naam, nummering en vermelde een 3-maandelijkse verspreiding. Dat kun je hier zien.

Je kunt het zien als een bijlage en dan moet het bij strips, als los maandelijks blad kun je het zien als een Overig, die had ik niet in mijn databank. Het zijn keuzes die iemand moet maken.

Ciso had subscribers and also sold individual books in the store, there was sometimes a difference between Dutch and Belgian subscribers. The magazine was indeed sent with the albums, but it did have its own name, numbering and stated a 3-monthly distribution. You can see that here.
