#9988783 (Ciso Bulletin) and #9988779 (Ciso Bulletin 2) has been entered at Comics.
And as a type: Magazine, Advertising publication; of exactly 2 pages and then a blank back.
If the 'insert' is part of the magazine, it can of course become loose.
And may be entered.
But not at Strips, I think.
Because the magazines will also migrate/be moved within X amount of time.
Doesn't this belong rather than Other?
And also add the image to the magazine in question (pending).

I entered them at Comics because Ciso Bulletin #99710 was already there, which had been labeled Tijdschrift by Arco. Now the bulletins are at least together and not spread across different sections, which makes them easy to understand.
So Strips now has a magazine. In reality it may not have been a 'real' magazine but a periodical, regardless of the number of pages.
But I don't know whether the bulletin was a standalone publication or a supplement to a magazine. Maybe someone else can point that out. And then it can be determined whether it should go to Magazines, to Other, or whether it should remain with Comics for the time being, since magazine supplements are also entered there.
I am certainly willing to re-enter it in another section.

#99710 was entered in 2008 via the Bonte.. database.
And with comics you are always required to include/mention/post a hero/series.
Arco blessed has turned this into the hero/series: Ciso bulletin (magazine)
There is no image #99710 . 1 collector but not known (Bonte perhaps?).
That's basing it on something you don't see/know.
Take a closer look at the 2 entered items and especially what can be read on them.
Bulletin 5/6 deals with the distribution of the CISOs aimed at subscribers/members.
Bulletin 2 provides information about comic series and titles.
It is almost inevitable that these bulletins were sent with a specific Ciso number.
Because you're not going to buy that kind of 'paper' in a (comic) shop.
And it is certainly not an 'independent' magazine. Has no characteristics/properties thereof..
Does it have to do with comics; on #99710 we see nothing and the other 2 items only have text. Not 1 picture... and that becomes a comic?...
Other items have already been moved to Other.
Where, by the way, cartoon characters could be observed (diaries, brochures, calendars, ...)
And comic magazines will go to Magazines within X amount of time anyway...
Maybe Bonte can clarify.

Ciso had subscribers and also sold individual books in the store, there was sometimes a difference between Dutch and Belgian subscribers. The magazine was indeed sent with the albums, but it did have its own name, numbering and stated a 3-monthly distribution. You can see that here.
https://www.lastdodo.nl/nl/items/9988779-ciso-bulletin-2

You can see it as an appendix and then it has to be included in comics, as a separate monthly magazine you can see it as an Other, I didn't have that in my database. These are choices that someone has to make.

Bonte aynic Collectioneur rikMooren ea
Bonte thanks for the quick clarification.
Then the comic book administrators will just have to sort it out.
It seems to me that it belongs to Comics.
But as an attachment (and not an advertising publication or (comic) magazine).

Those two bulletins were supplements, first to Ciso Magazine number 4 and later to Stripgids number 1.

See the explanation of Bonte and aynic
Is it an attachment now? Or a magazine? Or a 'periodical'?
And at Comics? Or at Other?
Because all in all, someone will make a choice, I assume.
Otherwise we will remain in the dark...
