Aanvulling: de positionering van de logo's ten opzichte van de foto is ook niet helemaal identiek:

Dan staan ze ook bij elkaar in het jaaroverzicht, ondanks de ontbrekende maand en dag van datum uitgifte..
Is wellicht té simpel of té praktisch.

Helemaal mee eens Raoul62 , dezelfde uitgiftedatum is dezelfde uitgifte. Het gaan verspreiden van zelfklevende en gegomde zegels, met dezelfde uitgiftedatum, en dezelfde serie, maakt de zoektocht van de verzamelaar alleen maar langer. En hierdoor inderdaad meer kans op doublures.

Dan kun je als gebruiker bij zoeken enkel nog plaatjes kijken in een selectie van honderden items (scroll - scroll - scroll - ... - klik - volgende pagina - scroll - scroll - scroll ...) in de hoop dat je ogen er op vallen.
Of je kan een daartoe aangestelde archivarus vragen of die de 'geheime zoekcode' kan geven.
Nij zijn er meerdere archivarussen met warm water in hun (achter-)hoofd.
Iedereen wil wel iets uit elkaar houden op zijn eigen manier. [getand] [ongetand], [gegomd] [zelfklevend], [getand blok] [ongetand blok], [boekje] [velletje], ... Sommigen coderen het met I, II, ... of (I), (II),... , of [I], [II]. Ook (a) en (b) ..., of (1) en (2) ... voor wie goed nagedacht heeft. Iedereen heeft zo wel ergens zijn eigen codering als uiting van.
Het biedt de mogelijkheid om al die andere velden op te doeken. Alles in één veld: uitgifte.
Leidt ook tot stemmen die opgaan om een nieuw 'uitgifte'-veld (Serie of Reeks) bijkomend te voorzien, omdat het huidige veld 'Uitgifte' met alle geweld onbruikbaar moet worden gemaakt.
Terwijl het Uitgifte-mechanisme zo geniaal knap kan zijn door zijn eenvoud (indien in zijn eenvoud toegepast).
Eigenlijk is er gewoon nood aan een nieuw veld 'Archiefcode', naast 'opmerkingen' in de eigen verzameling. Dan kunnen al die slimmerds hun dingen daar in kwijt zonder belastend te zijn op de verzamelaarsgemeenschap.
Zonder ook de handicap van hun intense denkoefeningen op te leggen aan anderen.
