- Julzegels bv. is zo'n groot blok.

Illegal items are stamps that are created to make a profit. With the confusion of passing them off as 'postage stamps'. Unsuspecting stamp collectors think they are getting real stamps for their money. But they only get pictures, usually with teeth around them.
They mention a country to minimize confusion, but have nothing to do with that country. The printing company, annex commercial circuit (online shop) gives its own order to create them. No other organization (and certainly no official postal service) is involved.
You also have cinderellas . These are stamps that do not want to obtrusively create the confusion that they are 'postage stamps'. Usually an organization, association, government in exile, pressure group, ... that commissions a printing company to make those things. The goal is either to draw attention to 'the cause' (a specific cause), or to raise funds for that cause.
Within the large group of non-illegal issues (cinderellas) you still have large blocks.

- JulZeels eg. is such a big block. Collecting funds for a good cause (originally the fight against TB), where the post offices are included in the distribution network.
Very specific to Jul stamps is that they are tolerated on the front of mail items, next to the postage.
Also specific is that the term is reserved for the Scandinavian countries (or areas where there is a direct link ... such as the Virgin Islands and Estonia. But apparently not yet known on LD?).
You can find more information about this in the AFA #9808015 and #9808017

- Railway vignettes (e.g. Belgium from a certain date) are also part of Cinderella's.
- Erinnophilia also falls under cinderellas. These documents are also issued by an unofficial postal service, but often in collaboration with such a (national) postal service. Such pieces are based on either existing stamps or own designs. The aim is either to collect funds for a good cause (development cooperation, development of sports, ...) or to commemorate ('Erinnerung' + -philie) a special event.
The fact that they are often published in collaboration with a national postal service means that they are included in various catalogs within the country. Such as fabrication (FDC, MK, EDB, EDK, ...)
Erinnophilia can also be found in the stamp section for the country/area in question, such as the blueprints, Not Accepted Designs, Black and White sheets, ... There is a usage type for: 'Without postage value'.

- In certain countries there is also an established long-term issue of, for example, Christmas stamps and Easter stamps (Germany, USA, Canada, etc.). Fundraising through cinderellas (for a good cause), distribution including through post offices, and they may be stuck on postal items, but not in place of or next to the postage.
- Protest stamps (beautiful examples are available on LD for Romania) are also a species that falls under Cinderellas.
- Strictly speaking, sealing stamps are also included. But we have a separate section for that :)
Conclusion: 'Illegal issuance' does not apply here.
More like protest stamps. They're Cinderellas.
For all illegal releases and Cinderellas for which there is (yet) no specific area on LD, there is in principle one option: 'Fantasyland'.
That area is a kind of waiting room. As soon as there are many occurrences for an area, a specific area can be created for it. By a super administrator. I guess... that's not me.
However, in the case of limited occurrence, such an item can be included in the country itself. Such as Erinnophilia, Blueprints, Black and White sheets, Not Accepted Designs and railway vignettes. There is a usage type for: 'Without postage value'.
Especially for items with 'a story' (such as here), I am in favor of tolerating them in the relevant country/area.
Although a ' - Cinderella' area for Belgium, and one for the Netherlands, would not be an unnecessary luxury. The number of items is significant. But I don't decide that. I can only try to explain it with hands and feet.

Nice find. In '82 I studied in Nijmegen (and participated in a protest march against the eviction of Piersonstraat), but I never came across this stamp. In fact, it was probably intended as a fundraiser (seal?), with postal disruption as a nice side effect.
So the year on Colnect was apparently just a wild guess.
I would say:
Title: Mobile Unit
Year: 1982 (the red one maybe 1983)
Issue: 1982 Squat Movement Nijmegen (curious how that is automatically translated)
Usage type: Without postage
And of course with a beautiful background page.
Edit: apparently that protest march was a year earlier.

It is actually waiting for the introduction of the new interface, because the "Publisher" field should only become visible if it is relevant, so not for regular stamps, but for Maximum cards, FDCs and special envelopes, etc.
Because in my opinion this concerns stamps, the publisher field would not provide a solution in this case.

Translate to EnglishI have already created the background page with the newspaper article attached to it. However, it is on the 1974 Amsterdam link. If I were to adjust the case to 1982 Nijmegen: wouldn't that be lost or could an administrator do something better?

Translate to EnglishCan you still change the year? That still stands at 1974.
Were the stamps you added yourself duplicates or not?
In others, I think whole clippings can be added. The advantage is that you can enlarge the newspaper article.

Jaartal aangepast. Website bug? Link is #9984131 oftewel /items/9984131

Translate to EnglishYear adjusted. Added a clipping in the clippings, A bit of a shame: wanted to include the link in the backstory, but even though I can see it clearly in the editor, it is lost when saving. Website bug? Link is #9984131 aka /items/9984131
In my experience, fully serrated and partially serrated seals are different, so not duplication?

Translate to EnglishI don't think you can link an item to an item (that has been asked several times), but you can link a collection area to an item. A collection area is, for example, a 'Series' (Other) or an 'Issue' (Stamps).
