Translate to EnglishFrom January 1, the subscription is determined based on the shop value, excluding stock.
The 'Value' has nothing to do with the catalog value. The amount for which the item was offered in the shop.
Today I once again made some users happy by pointing out that they had made a mistake somewhere in the price offered. Forgot a decimal = an item of 0.50 euros suddenly becomes 50 euros. And that 50 euros is of course included in determining the subscription. While the item will rust in your shop.
Now there is a possibility to check yourself, very easily, whether you are not saddled with such unintentional typos.
Go to your shovel, click on items and sort by 'Sell price (high-low)' -> (1) in the image below:
Note: this is not from my shop, I have far from such expensive items for sale. And it will turn out that for this shop that should not normally be the case.
Sometimes you know for sure that the price on it is correct. An expensive book that is rarely offered, or a hard-to-find stamp from the more expensive segment. When in doubt: click on the title of the item (see (2)).
Then scroll down a bit until you see the LastDodo number (3). Click on it and you will get to the detail of the item in the catalog.
Both the data 'current offer' (4) and 'LastDodo Catalog Value' (which is already usually much too high for Stamps) (5) show that the offer 'Cancelled' for 70 euros must indeed be a typing error. Perhaps it was supposed to be 0.70, but the decimal didn't come through. That happens quite often I think.
The item was offered on October 31, 2018. It is quite possible that 0.70 euros was a reasonable price at that time. In the turnover stats (6) you see that such an item has been traded, stamped, at 0.77 euros.
Perhaps the price has fallen rapidly since then. The current supply (4) and the stats (5) show that the item probably has a real chance of being sold at 0.15 euros.
In any case: the price of 70 euros in that shop is wrong, I can guarantee that 100% :)
To all shop owners: do this review. It's in your best interest: for your subscription price, so you don't have to downsize your shop needlessly, and to have a better chance of selling the item (and that's what it's all about, I thought, right?).
To the shop owner who recognizes his mistake here, feel free to send a private message for confirmation.

Tip 2

Hint 2
Look in your own shop offer, sorted by catalog number, which you have 'duplicate'.
Offer an item 2 different times in the same condition = both are eligible for the shop value (basic subscription).
Offering an item in a certain condition, with quantity 2 (in stock) = is only eligible for the shop value once (basic subscription).
Don't worry, it happens more than you think.
And it's damn annoying as a buyer (because the default sorting in a shop by LD is on 'date added').
It has happened to me several times that I let the same item be foisted on me twice in the same shop.
You will find out when you receive the order and start classifying your stamps (and putting them in collection on LD). The feeling you get as a customer is not conducive to becoming a loyal customer somewhere.

Unfortunately, I can't make sense of the tip below. Can you explain this better?

Tip 2 in een visueel jasje:
(1) Ga naar je shop;
(2) kies voor 'items';
(3) selecteer de passende rubriek (Postzegels in dit geval) en eventueel bijkomende selecties (land/gebied);

Translate to EnglishTip 2 in a visual jacket:
(1) Go to your shop;
(2) choose 'items';
(3) select the appropriate section (Stamps in this case) and any additional selections (country/territory);
(4) sort by something that will allow them to converge. Michel catalog code e.g., or on stamp issue date.
With sorting on Michel code, the 'equals' neatly come together, unless no Michel code has been entered, of course.
With sorting by issue date, they are sometimes a bit further apart, and it is best to look in detail to see if it is the same item.
It is about recognizing whether you have added the same item twice in the shop in the same condition.
Adding the item 1 time, and setting the number in stock to 2 is cheaper, and customers cannot be fooled.
Orders of Stamps are often large. If stamp 123 MNH is in your wish list, and a shop offers it twice, it sometimes happens that you order (and pay for) both. Of course, most collectors don't want the same stamp twice in the same condition. And you can only see that when you receive the order and process it into your collection.
For stamps that are for sale at 5 cents it will not make a big difference in the total value of the shop. But for a collector who finds that he has bought the same stamp twice, the curse is no less loud with stamps of 5 cents or 1 euro.

Not spectacular, but it does show that you can visually extract those 'double offers'.
In this case there is still consistency: both at 0.20 euros. But I have already seen where the same item in the same condition is offered once for 0.63 euros and once for 1.25 euros. Without own image. I don't understand why.
You can perfectly offer a 'better' stamped copy at a higher price, but then I think you add your own scan. Which proves that the added value is justified (a nice round stamp with the full name of the place of cancellation readable, with a date not too far removed from the date of issue). A collector is sometimes willing to pay more for such a copy.
Tip 3: even if you think you are infallible, do the check based on tip 1 and tip 2.

Checked tips and luckily confirmed my infallibility :-) I do have duplicate items here and there, but I have my own photos or comments on everything. Just to avoid nagging afterwards and because I always want to know what I'm buying. If I combine the items, I lose the option on photos and therefore also the added value for potential buyers. Annoying ...
Perhaps LD itself could one day cluster that so that you see things grouped on LD item and then you can choose from different qualities (mint, unused, stamped) and then on items as far as distinguishable on the basis of comment and/or photo.
I agree with Raoul that if you want to offer the same stamp under two prices, you really should be able to clarify why via comment or photos.

Indeed.
The scary thing is, if the item is in your wish list and you go shopping in that shop ... For example, several 'holes' have already been filled twice. Because, even if you put it in your shopping cart, it will still remain in your wish list.
Then you look at the name of that shop and let something escape (from above of course :)).

Tip 4

Check your shop for the 'DELETE' item.
Sometimes an item is not allowed, and then it is removed. With 'duplicate' everything is neatly merged with the item correct item. This is not possible with 'not allowed', and is merged with the 'DELETE' item specially provided for this purpose.
Examples of prohibited items in the Stamps section: multiple blocks, sheets or maximum cards in one item, part of a sheet, an incomplete se-tenant, cubes of 2 (pairs), 3, 4 or more identical stamps, ... Kun you can all find out once you read the handbook.
In the stamp section, the numbers 'in Shop', 'in Collection' and 'in Wish List' of that item run high ...
Blind clickers who do not check whether or not the item they list is allowed.
There is even a collector who may be collecting DELETE items...
I found a shop, belonging to a user, without a subscription, which has become very tight in the supply ... 2 items that together already have a 120 euro offer value. Then you still have an offer of 380 euros.
This is an example from the Stamps section. No idea if such a special item is also used in the other sections ...
If you look closely, you will see the comment 'Price on request' next to one item in the example. That is certainly not possible. Only FIXED prices are set on LD. LD is not an auction site. You have to be on Catawiki for that. PerhapsRene can check if there are still 'offers' where the 'Comments' contain wording that is not wanted on LD?
