Hello all,

For many years I have been a collector of football stickers (original, not pasted), published by Panini. The older the better. However, I rarely come across these on LastDodo, and I hope that some of you have a batch of Panini stickers (European Championship, World Cup, Champions League, Eredivisie, etc.) and are perhaps also open to selling them, possibly exchange?

Hopefully this is the right stage to expand my collection and I can get in touch with fellow collectors. Thanks in advance!

Greeting,
Rom!

Rommedahl
There are already more than 28,000 here.
What is not in it: make a neat scan and add it (check how these are in it).
Indicate in collection and wish list.
Place duplicates in a shop... and you're off.

Complete your profile a bit, and you can always put 'I also want to trade' in the free text.
Buying in each other's shop for (approximately) the same value is also an exchange.
Welcome to LD.

Dear, I found some panini stickers in the attic that I would like to sell. I'm not familiar with buying and selling and that's why I'm sending this question to you 'on good luck'.

Can you/will you tell me what the difference is between panini stickers with a red back and stickers with a green back?

with many thanks!

Would you mind posting pictures (front and back) of the panini stickers here for me or other collectors to look at?

Then it is easier to explain the difference and indicate whether they are already in the catalog.

my stickers (from the 'WK Mexico 1970' series) all have a red back, but on the Catawiki site I also see stickers from the same series that all have a green back. What is the difference ? Thx

Thank you for adding the photos, that makes it a lot clearer which series it is.

In the catalog the album pictures with the red/black letters on the back are here: Mexico 70
It would be a nice addition if you could add the one you found in the attic to make the collection more complete.

As far as the differences in the back of these plates are concerned, a short explanation now follows, stating: they are not stickers.

This back is issued in Italy, so we call this Italian version 1

This back is issued in Italy, so we call this Italian version 2

This reverse side is issued as the International version.

These 3 versions can be found throughout the entire collection with the exception of 27 album pictures that actually had to be pasted as a sticker.

Dear, first of all I would like to thank you for your excellent explanation to a newbie on this forum! Coincidentally, all my images have a red background, which is why I thought there were two types of images in circulation, which is not true.
Why should I post the backs on the forum you sent me above? are all the backs the same?
Last question : if I would like to sell those images on Catawiki, I often see that the images are offered for sale one by one. But isn't there a minimum amount of 50 euros required that the sale must yield? does each picture bring in such an amount? and what happens to a picture that only yields 2 euros, for example? is the sale not going through?
Sorry for all the questions but as said above: I'm new here.
Thanks in advance for your time!

Why should I post the backs on the forum you sent me above? are all the backs the same?

An Album picture has a front and a back that belong together in the catalog. It doesn't matter if the backs of several items are the same, it's always about the item (front and back) itself.

Last question : if I wanted to sell those images on Catawiki, I often see that the images are offered for sale one by one. But isn't there a minimum amount of 50 euros required that the sale must yield?

You should ask the experts at Catawiki, you are here on the LastDodo forum.
On LastDodo you can list items for sale at a fixed price. Or create a combination offer of multiple items. Be sure to read the Frequently Asked Questions , Selling section first

Best,
thanks for your reply. The link I was forwarded only contained backsides of pictures, I'm posting a screenshot here, hence my question about the meaning of this.
Apparently I'm on the wrong forum. You talk about a fixed price. How much do those pictures go if you use a fixed price?

Apparently you have been a member of LastDodo for 3 years, without having viewed the catalog.
The w1975 link went to the items in question and indeed only the backs are shown here. But by choosing image 1 at the top you will see all the fronts. Or just click on a picture you could also view the front.

On the LastDodo marketplace you can get an impression of the prices.

Thank you, I've been interested in comics on Lastdodo for three years but only now on Panini (because of that find in the attic). That's why I haven't really looked at the catalog yet. Thank you !

One last question if I may : the link you gave me (Lastdodo marketplace), I can't find the pictures of Mexico 70 on it. Are there none for sale?

You can certainly ask questions.
Apparently pictures of Mexico '70 are (still) offered.

Correct.
As a seller you always have to set a price for yourself that you are satisfied with and therefore not too high, because then you will not sell the item.

Panini was founded in 1961.
The first sticker album that was issued was that of the 1970 World Cup.
More than 50 years old, so it is rarely offered.
But it is certainly being sought after.

Thank you Buizer, I don't have the album itself, but I did find about 75 pictures in my attic. Is it best to auction the pictures on catawiki or do I place them in a shop on lastdodo? I'm new here so any advice is welcome. Thanks in advance.

At an auction you always have to wait and see what the proceeds will be and there are also costs involved, in a shop you determine the price yourself that feels good to part with it.

Good luck with entering it in the catalog (otherwise the collectors will not see what is for sale) and with making the choice that is best for you.
