Remy1989 What exactly does it say on the inside? Sinamo? The first letter is not legible.

Looks like a gold plated bracket bolt, named Dinamo.
Maybe a memento for a metal company anniversary.
What are the dimensions?

Remy1989 stripspeldjes I think it is a bracket bolt. From a memo pad. A long time ago I had such a memo pad on my 'desk/desk'. And there were 2 such bolts in it. And with the 2 nuts you tightened those bolts at the bottom of the holder.

I'm glad it's not a nose piercing or an 'extention' of an 'Albert' :)

Indeed, such a memo pad (or cover calendar holder with loose leaves), there was something like that . Every year you would receive the new loose calendar (memo) leaves.

well well Raoul62  it looks suspiciously like a septum ring ;-) (a bit big that is).
But okay, what should a bracket bolt be in a 'bijoux' box? There is a jewelry maker Dinamo in Romania (from 1958)  (don't post a commercial link) and they also work on request.
So think rather as indeed 'jewel' or memento.

Dinodino its obvious not a real vellum (parchment) but a 'copied' print likely a page from a german book  around (guessing here by bottom print line)  around 1900-1930. Maybe i am wrong, so wait for others to react (if even). Price...depends on from which book..(maybe the book itself has a worth).
Inof found on the net search for Ablaßbrief.

The paper is in the decay phase that from the 1900s it wouldn't have cracked after opening the paper because it was bent 100% I'm sure it's real even in this picture says in the bottom of the picture date look

I don't know what it is either, but this item certainly doesn't belong with the Stamps #9201967
Another new member at LastDodo, want to be the first to know the value of an item, and without thinking about it, the item is dumped somewhere.
It's time for a kind of waiting period for new members.

Dinodino maybe disappointment but the 'print bottom line' is below the parchment copy.
Itself mentions : Ablaßbrief vom Jahre 1455, printed by Gutenberg on his first press (machine) eg : source line..

We can discuss it here without end but I tell you it's not a copy because the weird letters on it are kind of inflated paper is weird in itself so it takes someone who's a professional to say something

Dinodino, you get answers from members from LD who do have enough knowledge to give you an idea. The paper on which this is printed is not old. Quote  Ablaßbrief vom Jahre 1455, gedruckt von Gutenberg aud seiner ersten Presse : translates as : Letter  of indulgence from the year 1455, printed by Gutenberg on his first press (machine) eg : source line.. Unquote

If you still do not understand that this explanation line is ment to explain that this is a copie....   ?

Lyonesse Sorry, has already been deleted. Was a nice example of a 'postage stamp' where really not a single field was filled in correctly ;-)

In itself this was a nice example that as a non-connoisseur you quickly think you have something special in your hands, I sometimes have .... . This was a simple one, but special manuscripts are also made with modern techniques in combination with ancient handicrafts and the use of hand-made paper or parchment, which are similar to old medieval writings. Basically the question wasn't that bad, but it was a question of "what's this worth". Doesn't even matter what it is .... only the gold that may glitter.
