Figurines/The call of the gnomes9 messages

Elders heb ik hier ook al naar gevraagd, dus nu hier maar eens proberen;
Wie weet of deze kabouters / dwergen sleutelhangers verkrijgbaar waren bij kindersurprise/ verrassingsei Ferrero of bij De Efteling.
Ik zie ze vaak op internet, maar de ene keer onder vermelding Ferrero andere keer Efteling.

Mijn vraag is dan ook als iemand hier ervaring mee heeft en of die het dan uit een verrassingsei heeft gehaald of in een pretpark heeft gekocht.

Of heeft iemand er een reclameberichtje van?

Who knows whether these gnomes / dwarfs key rings were available at kindersurprise/surprise egg Ferrero or at De Efteling.
I often see them on the internet, but sometimes with reference to Ferrero, other times Efteling.

My question is if anyone has experience with this and whether they got it from a surprise egg or in an amusement park bought it.

Or does anyone have a promotional message about it?

Met zekerheid geen Ferrero en geen Efteling. Maar ja, als je dat erbij zet verkopen ze beter...

Het verrassingsei bestond niet voor 1972 en voor de Efteling zijn ze niet park-specifiek genoeg (en de naam staat er niet op).

Ze waren waarschijnlijk gratis bij bepaalde producten (duurdere artikelen, omdat het vrij luxe uitgevoerde figuurtjes zijn), maar ik heb nog niet kunnen achterhalen van welk merk.

Definitely no Ferrero and no Efteling. But hey, if you add that in they sell better...

The surprise egg did not exist for 1972 and for the Efteling they are not park-specific enough (and the name is not on them).

They were probably free with certain products (more expensive items, because they are quite luxuriously executed figures), but I have not yet been able to find out which brand.

On marktplaats there is an ad that talks about soft drinks in the 1970s. It doesn't say which soft drink.

Sunkist heeft sleutelhangers uitgegeven die er wat op lijken (zie ook achtergrondpagina).
Maar de kabouters zijn toch van wat zwaardere kwaliteit, als ik me goed herinner.
Ik zou niet durven zeggen of we het antwoord ooit nog vinden, 50 jaar later.

Sunkist has issued key chains that are somewhat similar (see also background page).
But the gnomes are of somewhat heavier quality, if I remember correctly.
I wouldn't dare say whether we will ever find the answer, 50 years later.

Bij dat lepeltje kan ik niet herkennen wat het figuurtje moet voorstellen.

Een zevende 'dwerg' (in het midden) heb ik nooit gezien, maar hij is ook vrijwel identiek aan de meest rechtse, afgezien van rechterarm die de kandelaar omhoog houdt.

Het feit dat ze rechtop kunnen staan duidt erop dat ze niet primair als sleutelhanger zijn ontworpen. Ik kan me goed voorstellen dat iemand een partij figuurtjes (bv. bij een metaalwarenbedrijfje in Duitsland) heeft opgekocht en er een ringetje aan heeft gesoldeerd. Tijdens de rage werden ook veel sleutelhangers weggegeven (of verkocht) die geen relatie hadden met het merk of het bedrijf.

Overigens herinner ik me van midden jaren zeventig dat er in de Efteling een klein souvenirwinkeltje was, waar ook alle mogelijke rommel werd verkocht die niks met het park te maken had. Dat ze daar ook te koop waren is dus niet uit te sluiten.

I can't recognize what the figure is supposed to represent by that spoon.

I have never seen a seventh 'dwarf' (in the middle), but it is also almost identical to the one on the right, except for right arm holding up the candlestick.

The fact that they can stand upright indicates that they were not designed primarily as a key ring. I can well imagine that someone has bought a batch of figures (eg from a metalware company in Germany) and soldered a ring to them. During the craze, many key rings were also given away (or sold) that had no relationship with the brand or the company.

By the way, I remember from the mid-seventies that there was a small souvenir shop in the Efteling, where all possible junk was sold that had nothing to do with the park. The fact that they were also for sale there cannot be ruled out.

Ik heb even zitten zoeken maar ik heb mijn lepeltje gevonden en gelijk op LastDodo gezet #9168641 . (is een grovere uitvoering)
De middelste is inderdaad met de kandelaar alleen de arm is afgebroken.
De onderste foto; die 3 figuren zijn 6 cm hoog

The middle one is indeed with the candlestick, only the arm is broken.
The bottom photo; those 3 figures are 6 cm high 

Dat is apart, die kabouter ziet er wel degelijk hetzelfde uit als #2416127.

That's strange, that gnome does look the same as #2416127.

Zover ik weet, is dat ook de enige van de 6 kabouters die op een theelepeltje is verschenen.

As far as I know, that is also the only one of the 6 gnomes that has appeared on a teaspoon.
