Collega's verzamelaars,

allereerst mijn beste wensen voor het nieuwe jaar!
Mag ik a.u.b. vragen om goed te kijken of een item dat je wil invoeren, reeds niet in de catalogus staat. Ik merk dat er de laatste tijd veel doublures opduiken.
Het kan uiteraard altijd gebeuren dat een bepaald item reeds onder een andere naam in de cataloog staat, maar daar gaat het hier niet over. 
Als we de catalogus eenvoudig en transparant willen houden, dan moeten we de invoer beperken tot één entry per item...  en ja, een nieuwe invoer is soms eenvoudiger dan het opzoekwerk maar probeer dit a.u.b. te vermijden.

first of all my best wishes for the new year!
May I ask you to check whether an item you want to enter is not already in the catalog. I've noticed a lot of duplications lately.
It can of course always happen that a certain item is already listed under a different name in the catalog, but that's not what this is about.
If we want to keep the catalog simple and transparent, we have to limit the entry to one entry per item...  and yes, a new entry is sometimes easier than the search, but please try to avoid this.

Gezocht op Doublure bij Speelgoedsoldaatjes, maar het resultaat is nul.
Indien je een doublure tegenkomt, dan het dubbele item aanpassen zoals staat beschreven bij de Veelgestelde vragen onderdeel Catalogus: Hoe kan ik melden dat een item dubbel in de catalogus staat.

If you encounter a duplication, edit the duplicate item as described in the FAQ section Catalog: How can I report that an item is duplicated in the catalog.

Sorry, ik heb mij misschien verkeerd uitgedrukt .. er duiken de laatste tijd veel dubbele ingaven op, die nog niet als "doublure" zijn benaamd.
Het gaat hier vnl. over recente nieuwe ingaven van items die reeds vele jaren geleden werden ingegeven.
Werk aan de winkel ...

Hoe verwijder je doublures of voeg je ze samen?

Een doublure verwijderen kan alleen een superbeheerder.
Die zoekt op onregelmatige basis naar het woord "Doublure" en gaat dan hiermee aan de slag.
Probeer trouwens je profiel nog wat aan te vullen, vooral met het Land.

Klopt, sinds zojuist zijn er nieuwe doublures. 
Maar dit hoeft niet op het forum te worden gemeld.
Superbeheerders zoeken op onregelmatige tijden op "Doublure" en gaan vervolgens kijken of het klopt en dat ze dergelijke items nog kunnen afkeuren of moeten samenvoegen.
