Comic books/OPINION asked about: Back and front = photo, from the same album16 messages

In het reglement staat dat de foto's van hetzelfde album moeten zijn. Kan dit gewijzigd worden?? WANT laatst zag ik een Robbedoes tijdschrift waar de foto van de backcover ontbrak. Nu ben ik in bezit van dit exemplaar met een beschadigde frontcover, maar een goede backcover. Dus voeg ik de foto van de backcover toe, maar volgens het reglement kan ik dat enkel doen door de goede foto van het frontcover te vervangen door mijn gehavend exemplaar;

The rules state that the photos must be from the same album. Can this be changed?? BECAUSE I recently saw a Spirou magazine where the photo of the back cover was missing. Now I am in possession of this copy with a damaged front cover, but a good back cover. So I add the photo of the back cover, but according to the regulations I can only do that by replacing the good photo of the front cover with my battered copy;

lordernie Als gebruiker zijnde wil ik toch even reageren. Persoonlijk vind ik het gewenst dat bij ieder exemplaar dat in de catalogus vermeld staat de best mogelijke foto gebruikt wordt, zowel van de voor - als van de achterkant. Indien je eigen exemplaar dan bij één van de twee foto's afwijkt, kun je ook eigen afbeeldingen toevoegen in de daarbij bestemde rubriek, om zo verwarring te voorkomen. Maar de catalogus als geheel wordt er mooier op als telkens de best mogelijke foto gebruikt wordt (vind ik)

lordernie As a user I would like to respond. Personally, I think it is desirable that the best possible photo is used with every copy listed in the catalog, both of the front and the back. If your own copy deviates from one of the two photos, you can also add your own images in the appropriate section, in order to avoid confusion. But the catalog as a whole is better if the best possible photo is used (in my opinion)

Hallo, ben Etienne ( 67 jaar -afbouwend architect) woonachtig te Leopoldsburg België en eenvoudige verzamelaar van Suske en Wiske, maak sinds 2018 gebruikt van deze prachtige en unieke site voor verzamelaars, waarvoor aan alle medewerkers aan deze site mijn oprechte dank en respect voor jullie inzet.
Als verzamelaar zie ik een catalogus als "opzoek/naslagwerk" waar ik de nodige informatie vind ivm (in mijn situatie)de uitgegeven strips van Suske en Wiske en de daaraan gekoppelde foto's van de strip zoals deze zou zijn aangeboden bij uitgave van de strip. Een verkoper kan (moet) dan zelf eigen foto's toevoegen van de strip zoals hij deze aanbied op zijn site. Hierdoor krijgen wij als kopers reeds aan goed beeld van de staat van de aangeboden strip. Er zijn immers nog veel verkopers die zich baseren op de foto's in de catalogus en enkel vermelden "goede staat", slechte staat".
Hierdoor krijgt men ook een duidelijk verschil tussen de strip in de catalogus als naslagwerk en de strip op marktplaats als verkoopsobject

Hello, ben Etienne (67 years old architect) living in Leopoldsburg Belgium and simple collector of Suske en Wiske, have been using this beautiful and unique site for collectors since 2018, for which my sincere thanks and respect for your efforts.
As a collector I see a catalog as a "research/reference work" where I find the necessary information regarding (in my situation) the published comics by Suske en Wiske and the associated photos of the comic as it would be are offered at the time of the comic's release. A seller can (must) then add his own photos of the comic as he offers it on his site. This gives us as buyers a good idea of the condition of the offered strip. After all, there are still many sellers who rely on the photos in the catalog and only mention "good condition", bad condition".
This also gives a clear difference between the comic in the catalog as a reference and the comic on the marketplace as a sales object

Het is wel off topic, maar ik sluit me aan bij bovenstaande reacties.

Catalogusfoto's hebben niks te zoeken bij aangeboden items, zeker niet op drievoudig formaat. Wie ze toch wil zien hoeft maar iets naar beneden te scrollen naar de catalogusgegevens.

Als een aanbieder nu niet de moeite neemt om eigen foto's te maken, staan de foto's uit de catalogus zelfs DUBBEL op de pagina, wat de kans op vergissingen extra groot maakt.

Dus: óf geen afbeeldingen bij de aanbieding als de verkoper geen eigen foto's heeft, óf groot "catalogusfoto" over de afbeelding heen zetten.

It's off topic, but I agree with the above comments.

Catalogue photos have nothing to do with items on offer, especially not in triple format. If you still want to see them, scroll down a bit to the catalog details.

If a supplier doesn't take the trouble to take their own photos, the photos from the catalog are even DOUBLE on the page, which means increases the risk of mistakes.

So: either no images with the offer if the seller does not have their own photos, or put a large "catalog photo" over the image.

Ik vind het een prima idee van lordenie. Zoal het nu is ontstaat te veel ‘ruis’.
Maar niet te ingewikkeld, zou in 1 oogopslag duidelijk moeten zijn!
Dus geen eigen foto, dan ook geen foto.
De catalogusfoto’s zijn toch wel aanwezig.

I think it's a great idea from lordenie. As it is now, too much 'noise' is created.
But not too complicated, should be clear at a glance!
So no photo of your own, therefore no photo.
The catalog photos are present anyway.
