Sinds enkele dagen is de catalogus vernieuwd. Het lijkt alsof de functie voor het maken van combi-aanbiedingen verdwenen is. Voorheen kon je de items die je wilde combineren in een aanbieding aanvinken en vervolgens op 'bulk toevoegen' klikken. Hoe wordt dit in de nieuwe situatie gedaan? Ik ben er vandaag lang mee bezig geweest om er zelf achter te komen, maar het is me niet gelukt. Graag uitleg.
The catalog has been renewed for a few days. It looks like the combo offer creation feature has disappeared. Previously you could tick the items you wanted to combine in an offer and then click on 'add bulk'. How is this done in the new situation? Rechts bovenaan, vlak boven de eerste items zie je vier groene blokjes.
Klik daarop en je ziet de selectievakjes verschijnen. Onderaan is de keuze voor Verzameling, Zoeklijst of Shop.

Indien je een postzegel te koop wilt aanbieden, dat kan via de oranjebutton bovenaan "in shop".
Vervolgens kun je daar aangeven in welke conditie het item zich bevind, o.a. Gestempeld is aan te duiden.
Voor combinatieaanbiedingen geldt hetzelfde, na "Shop" krijg je ook hier de kans om de conditie aan te geven.

If you want to offer a stamp for sale, you can do so via the orange button at the top "in shop".
You can then indicate the condition in which the item is located, including stamped.
The same applies to combination offers, after "Shop" you also get the chance to indicate the condition.
Mijn probleem ligt niet op de verkoop van zegels. Momenteel ben ik bezig met het inbrengen van mijn verzameling. In de oude situatie was het mogelijk een heel jaar in te lezen via "Bulktoevoer" en dan kiezen voor ... postfris, ongebruikt of gestempeld.

Het gaat om het uiterst rechtse icoontje in onderstaande afbeelding, hij is nu nog grijs. Na het aanklikken wordt het groen. Na het aanklikken verschijnt onderaan het scherm een balk, daarin kun je eventueel SHOP aanklikken, vervolgens kiezen voor combinatieaanbieding.

Ik krijg een vraag van een klant: Voordat LastDodo de site had aangepast kon je ook bij de winkels zoeken op combiaanbieding. Deze optie is komen te vervallen.
Mag deze optie weer geactiveerd worden?

En ik denk dat bezoekers van mijn shop dat vakje ook niet zien.

Dit komt omdat jij minimaal bij één item het vinkje hebt gezet bij Promoot dit item. We zijn nog volop bezig met shop en marktplaats. De bedoeling is dat Promoot dit item verandert in een echte aanbieding met een lagere prijs dan voorheen, dus met een Van - Voor prijs.
De shops waarbij de aanvink mogelijkheid niet zichtbaar is, hebben momenteel dus alleen Combinatie-aanbiedingen en nergens een vinkje staan bij Promoot dit item.
We gaan kijken of we tussentijds ook de Combinatie-aanbiedingen onder het vinkje kunnen laten vallen.

This is because you have checked at least one item at Promote this item. We are still busy with shop and marketplace. The idea is that Promote turns this item into a real offer with a lower price than before, so with a From - Before price.
The shops where the check box is not visible, currently only have Combination offers and nowhere is a check mark at Promote this item.
We will see if we can also drop the Combination offers under the check mark in the meantime .
nog 1 vraag: als je een combi aanbieding aanmaakt, dan zie je de optie Promoot niet, dus dan moet je eerst weer wijzigen aanklikken en vervolgens vinkje zetten en dan afsluiten. Is het mogelijk om bij het aanmaken direct dit vinkje te zetten. Of staat het al op een to-do-lijstje?
Dit heeft zeker onze aandacht, maar tot die tijd kun je inderdaad dat vinkje pas zetten nadat je de combinatie-aanbieding al hebt gemaakt.
