I know that T-Mobile is a provider, but this phone is not on another brand like Nokia, so it's just from T-Mobile. There is no super administrator active on the phones, I rather suspect that something went wrong while entering.

Nobody has any interest in simply removing items and, as Fazerco noted, an e-mail with rejection is an automatic process, which you cannot bypass as an administrator.
