In various fields of the database (Pllats, Series, Brand, ..) I am unable to correct errors. It always concerns changing from small to capital letters or vice versa. Eg "Klm" in "KLM" or "MOuscron" in "Mouscron". How can this be rectified?

Well, and now the Catalog Manager has just left ...

When I started, I did receive an administrator document from Ted, the then Catalog Manager. He did mention that it was still an old document and that it would be updated again in due course. That has not happened yet, but I am now fairly well acquainted with the management system (only those aliases and variants are still difficult).

It is a document of only a few pages and a very brief explanation, is an explanation. I would also like to receive the document again for my own administration, because I can no longer find it on my computer.

There was no answer to this yet: you go to your administrator module and you will see the collection areas at the bottom left. You click on the area in which you want to change something, you search, for example, Klm, click, and then you can change it in KLM and save it. All relevant items are then adjusted.

Another tip: One of the most effective tools for administrators is the bottom field: "Name variations". There you can enter all conceivable synonyms (and usual typos), so that the name in question is easier to find. In the case mentioned, eg "Royal Dutch Airlines", so that the search term automatically leads to "KLM".
